With the launch of the world’s largest Integrated Operations Center, American Airlines Cargo was able to launch a premium service—Critical PPS—for customers looking to send and monitor high-profile shipments through AA’s expansive network. We got to spend a day with the AA Cargo teams learning about the advancements the IOC offered them and highlight how they’re bringing collaboration, oversight and management of critical flight aspects under one roof.
